Robert is always very thorough and polite and he is a pleasure to work with. I will use Air Care as long as he is one of their AC repair technicians, because he is just absolutely great to work with. He is knowledgeable, reliable and when he explains the problems and solutions with our air conditioner, he does it in a way that is super easy to understand. Keep him around.
