Robert was prompt, professional and explained his work. I have never had an AC repair tech who was so clear about his work that I was able to understand everything he was doing. I really enjoyed having him come out to make what was an uncomfortable situation a lot easier to deal with. He was very fast and was so thorough that I am sure the repairs he did will stick.
